Our Platform aggregates and displays publicly available time deposit interest rate information from licensed banks and deposit-taking companies in Hong Kong. We present this information in a clear, structured format to help you make informed comparisons.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any bank or financial institution listed on our Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Hong Kong law.

• You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All information on the Platform—including interest rates, deposit terms, minimum deposit amounts, eligibility conditions, and promotional offers—is provided for general informational and comparison purposes ONLY.

To access certain features of the Platform (such as the personal dashboard, saved searches, and rate alerts), you may need to create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Graphics, logos, icons, and images

• Software, code, and databases

• User interface designs and layouts

is the exclusive property of TimeDeposit King or its licensors and is protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Platform without our prior written consent.

When using our Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without our written permission.

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.

• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the Platform.

Our Platform contains links to bank websites and other third-party websites for your convenience. When you click on a link to a third-party website:

• You are leaving our Platform and entering a site operated by a third party.

• TimeDeposit King has no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.

• Our Terms and Privacy Policy no longer apply once you leave our Platform.

• We accept no responsibility or liability for any content, products, or services offered on third-party sites.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Hong Kong law, TimeDeposit King and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

• Any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information displayed on the Platform.

• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimeDeposit King and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.

• Any content you submit or post through the Platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ('HKSAR'), without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page.

• For significant changes, we may provide notice via email (if you have an account) or via a prominent notice on our Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
